Terms of service

1. PRODUCTION CYCLES & CUTOFFS Our production runs on a strict weekly batch. The cutoff for each batch is Wednesday. Orders placed or files uploaded after this time will automatically be moved to the following week’s production cycle.

2. COLOR VARIATION By placing an order, the client acknowledges that a 10% color variation is standard and acceptable. We do not guarantee "screen-to-print" color matching or "reorder-to-previous-order" matching.

3. ARTWORK & UPLOADS Clients are responsible for ensuring all artwork is high-resolution (300 DPI) and has a 3mm bleed. A5FlyersPH is not liable for blurry, pixelated, or cut-off text resulting from improper file preparation by the client.

4. DELIVERY & ARRIVAL DATES While we aim for Monday arrival, this is a target date based on our production speed. We are not liable for weather-related interruptions, or "force majeure" events.
