Pickup & Fulfillment Policy
A5FlyersPH operates on a Pickup-Only basis from our production facility. We do not provide delivery services.
1. The Production Cycle To ensure your order is ready for the Monday pickup window, you must complete your order and file upload by the Wednesday 2:00 PM cutoff. Orders completed after this time will be processed in the following week’s batch.
2. Notification & Pickup Window

Ready for Pickup: Customers will receive an automated email or SMS notification once the order is packed and ready.

Standard Availability: Most batch orders are available for pickup starting Monday afternoon.

Pickup Hours: Monday–2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
3. 3rd-Party Couriers (Lalamove/Grab) Customers may book their own 3rd-party couriers (e.g., Lalamove, Grab, Transportify) for pickup.

Responsibility: Once the order is handed to your booked rider, A5FlyersPH is no longer liable for any damage or loss during transit.

Rider Instructions: You must provide your rider with your Order Number and Customer Name. We will not release packages without these details.
4. Unclaimed Orders Orders not picked up within 30 days of notification will be disposed of to clear space, with no refunds provided.
