Refund policy
Quality Guarantee & Returns All orders undergo quality inspection before dispatch. As this is a custom-printed product, all sales are final.
1. Defect Claims: Only products with verified factory defects (e.g., misprints, paper damage, or incorrect quantity) will be replaced. Claims must be filed within 7 working days of receipt. Please provide clear photos of the defect and the packaging.
2. Artwork Responsibility: Clients must provide final, print-ready files. A5FlyersPH will not edit, retouch, or check for typos. All files are printed "As-Is." We are not responsible for pixelation due to low-resolution uploads or color variations inherent in the offset printing process.
3. Cancellations: Once the batch has entered production, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
