Pickup & Fulfillment Policy

A5FlyersPH operates on a Pickup-Only basis from our production facility. We do not provide delivery services.

1. The Production Cycle
To ensure your order is ready for the Monday pickup window, you must complete your order and file upload by the Wednesday 2:00 PM cutoff. Orders completed after this time will be processed in the following week’s batch.

2. Notification & Pickup Window

Ready for Pickup: Customers will receive an automated email or SMS notification once the order is packed and ready.
Standard Availability: Most batch orders are available for pickup starting Monday afternoon.
Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM].

3. 3rd-Party Couriers (Lalamove/Grab)
Customers may book their own 3rd-party couriers (e.g., Lalamove, Grab, Borzo) for pickup.

Responsibility: Once the order is handed to your booked rider, A5FlyersPH is no longer liable for any damage or loss during transit.
Rider Instructions: You must provide your rider with your Order Number and Customer Name. We will not release packages without these details.

Returns Policy

Quality Assurance

Quality Guarantee & Returns

All orders undergo quality inspection before dispatch. As this is a custom-printed product, all sales are final.

1. Defect Claims: Only products with verified factory defects (e.g., misprints, paper damage, or incorrect quantity) will be replaced. Claims must be filed within 7 working days of receipt. Please provide clear photos of the defect and the packaging.

2. Artwork Responsibility: Clients must provide final, print-ready files. A5FlyersPH will not edit, retouch, or check for typos. All files are printed "As-Is." We are not responsible for pixelation due to low-resolution uploads or color variations inherent in the offset printing process.

3. Cancellations: Once the batch has entered production, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
